The Delta Humane Society is asking people to let them know about any animals which are suffering due to last week’s flooding.
“If you see an animal that seems to be in trouble or if you need help with your own animals, call us,” Casey Latimer said.
She added that while the DHS is primarily set up to take care of dogs, they have been helping with other animals up to horses and livestock over the past week.
They are also working to supply crates and temporary housing to those who need it.
